By purchasing products from TIGHT SHIP LTD, customers acknowledge and accept the terms set out in this policy.

2. product condition

Products offered by TIGHT SHIP LTD may be sold as:

• New equipment

• Used equipment

The applicable warranty conditions depend on the product category and condition at the time of sale.

3. used equipment warranty

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all used equipment is sold in inspected condition.

Used products may show signs of:

• Previous use

• Cosmetic wear

• Surface corrosion

• Repairs or maintenance marks

• Minor dents, scratches, or age-related imperfections

These characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Used equipment is sold without an additional commercial warranty unless explicitly stated on the product listing, quotation, or sales agreement.

6. refrigerated and insulated containers

For refrigerated (reefer) and insulated containers, operational performance depends on proper installation, power supply, maintenance, and environmental conditions.

Any warranty claim relating to refrigeration systems may require technical inspection and verification before approval.

7. scaffolding systems

Customers are responsible for ensuring that scaffolding products are assembled, inspected, and used in accordance with applicable safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

TIGHT SHIP LTD shall not be responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with safety requirements.

8. reporting defects

If a customer believes a product has a defect that existed at the time of delivery, the issue must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

The claim should include:

• Order number

• Product description

• Detailed explanation of the issue

• Supporting photographs or videos where applicable

Failure to report defects within this timeframe may be considered acceptance of the goods.

9. warranty claim assessment

All warranty claims are subject to review by TIGHT SHIP LTD.
