- Scaffolding systems and related equipment
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

TIGHT SHIP LTD operates on a worldwide sales basis.
Orders may be subject to local import regulations, customs duties, taxes, and compliance requirements of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by TIGHT SHIP LTD.

Used equipment is sold as inspected and may show signs of previous use. This does not affect the functional integrity of the product unless explicitly stated.
8. inspection and acceptance
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
After this period, the goods are considered accepted.
9. returns and refunds
